Q: How much does it cost?
A:  We require an inspection before we can give any type of estimate.  The inspection is $55.
This $55 will apply towards the cost of your removal.

Q: What is an inspection?
A: An inspection consists of a through investigation of your attic, roofline,crawl space and any other probable areas of entry.  After the inspection we will be able to determine what species of animal is in your home and the best methods to remove the animal.  We will also determine what steps need to be taken to prevent the animal from re-entering your home.

Q: How do I know if I have an animal in my house?
A: Usually the first signs is hearing noises. Scratching in the walls or ceilings, walking or running in the attic, chirping in the fireplace.

Q: What problems can I expect if I don't remove the animal from my home?
There are many, but here are just a few:
1.  25% of unknown house fires are attributed to rodents chewing on wires.
2.  structural damage to your home.
3.  Over 10 different diseases can be spread to humans from these animals.
4.  Ordor in your home.
5.  Loss of sleep, due to noise

Q: Do you give a guarantee?
A: Yes, we give a 60 day guarantee on animal removal from your home and a 1 year on all repairs.  On structural exclusions we will guarantee up to five years.
